Hi Mary!
You will get through this. I just had my surgery last Wednesday and I had all the same feelings you are having now. The best thing I can suggest is to keep yourself busy the day and night before. I worked, ran out and did shopping for the family and for myself. Then I went out and got my nails done. Then I went to Wally World to make sure I had everything needed to take with me to the hospital.
The surgery will be over before you know it. They will give you meds to relax once you enter the hospital.
Enjoy the beginning of your new life!

It's ok to be nervous - but you will do fine!!
There is not a support group meeting tomorrow night, by the way. There is one tonight (pre op 2nd tuesday of the month, post op 3rd wednesday of the month, and the new first saturday meetings of the month)
However...I think someone else is having surgery tomorrow there as well - so hopefully you will have a partner to do laps with when walking!!
