Monday Roll Call
Hey guys...
Another week at home base (boy this is weird not making my way to a flight anywhere). I took a 6am spinning class and did about an hour of core training this morning. Worked on a little laundry and am working on some college scholarship applications for my kids.
Later tonight I have a MMA Cardio class with the kids and will do a little client work.
Stay warm - it is so chilly today.
