Yes, he does faces, and a great job with them, too.  My roommate (when I had my TT)  had a face lift.  She looked really beaten up the day after, but I saw her at my 4 week post op and didn't recognize her.  She was really beautiful.

BTW, your face is lovely just like it is.  You are really gorgeous.

Hi Nicole,

Congratulations!  I'm SO happy for you.  Do you want me to come help you post-op?  I don't have much experience with the recovery from the breast lift.  I do know that getting up and down post TT was tough initially--I relied a lot on being pulled up.  The pain is only temporary though--it goes away fast.  The results last a lifetime!
