slighty low in potassium...what should I eat

I just was told I was slightly low in potassium. I wasn't able to see Dr. Boe yet because they cancelled my 3 month follow up twice now and I wanted my blood results. What food do you eat to help your potassium? I don't really do carbs much but was thinking about adding a half a banana. I can't really imagine eating an entire one at this point. Any ideas would be helpful.

Definitely bananas and I also know that baked potatoes give you lots of potassium also.  Good luck!!

Tomatoes are a good source of potassium, too.

OMG, that is a lot. I guess I'll be eating a lot of banans and baked potato. I guess I can add my greek yogurt to it so I can get some protein.

If you don't think half a banana will be enough you can always get potassium supplements in the vitamin section - that might help as well. Don't let it get too low - you'll get awful leg cramps (aka charley horses - ouch!) - and if all else fails orange juice is also a good source - I know we're not supposed to have a lot of juice, but in a pinch it'll give your system a boost.

OMG, you look great. I didn't know that was you. I only know people by avatar and when they change them I have no idea who they are...lol.
