How yummy would this be with some sauce, ricotta cheese,  mushrooms, cheese, chicken...   really, any pizza topping you could think of!

A healthy alternative to a carb loaded pizza!

Broccoli Crust Pizza

2 cups cooked broccoli shredded (squeeze out as much water as you can)
2 large eggs
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1tsp garlic powder
combine all and press evenly into well greased pizza pan or cookie sheet (this makes a LARGE 14 inch crust)
sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and basil (if desired)
Bake at 450 degrees until browned and bubbly (15-20 minutes)

I've made this and it's really good. I have also made multiple small "Chips" of sorts to dip in chicken or tuna salad and it was a great alternative for those.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
