Whats on your plate today?

I am two + years out.

B:  Turkey bacon, egg
S:  yogurt with sf orange davinci syrup
L:  roasted veggies, fresh raw veggies (tomatoes, red pepper), buckwheat/tuna/high protein pasta/cheese and onion casserole.
D:  I am on the run all evening, so I will probably grab some ham and cheese after my allergy shots and make a protein shake to drink during my Relay for Life meeting tonight.

      Protein bar and banana @ 7:30
S:  String cheese stick and grapes
L:  Salad w/salmon; sf pudding
S:  Orange or apple
D:  Not sure yet...
S:  ????

Protein goal is 73 grams.

well...I normally play things by ear, BUT....

B: Nectar Cappacino + 8 oz Milk          30 g protein
S: 1/2 banana
L: Greek Yogurt +2 splenda         15g
S: the rest of the banana
D: Feta Cheese 21 g ( anyone try the FF stuff....)
S: probably another shake   for another 30
