What's everyone doing today? 

I have my allergy shots and then a Relay for Life meeting....sooooo....Hopefully, I wont get out of there too late (and, I have come to find out, you are NOT supposed to exercised the day you get your allergy shots...but poohey on them...been doing it all this time and never had a bad reaction) and I will head to the gym after my meeting.  The scale isn't budging and I am beginning to wonder if I will get to my goal by the end of the year.

I did 20 minutes on the eliptical with an average HR of 134. And I also did a full circuit of weight training.

I did 20 minutes on the stepper for 717 steps and 71 flights. I did the fat burning program. Then i did upper body weight training. I didnt exercise all weekend and I feel like I gained 20 pounds.

I did 35 minutes on my bike for 7.3 miles - went for more tension than speed this morning, then I walked the dog. Am going to the gym tonight and might try an eliptical...not sure my knees will take it, tho.

Hi Heather and PA!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few weeks.  Miss you all!!!

Today I did:
40 minutes on the treadmill (5 minutes walking/30 minutes running/5 minutes walking)
two 10-minute walks outside
35 minutes Pilates
40 push-ups
40 crunches

Hope everyone is doing really well,
