Halloween menu

Happy Friday and happy Halloween!!

I am 2+ years out and here is the plan...actually, I just realized I FAILED to plan and I am going to be out on the road today....hmmmm....I will have to think about this...

So far...

Breakfast...egg white, turkey sausage, lite cheese with light english muffin


ummmm.....

I guess some yogurt and sf orange davinci syrup before I leave the office at 10:30.

Lunch....ummmm.....I better stop and pick up a rtd protein shake somewhere on my way to Abington, otherwise, there is no food until after 4:00 PM....and more realistically it wilal probably be after 6PM.

OK...that's my screwed up plan...what about you??

Im only 2 months out and I had

protein shake for BF
 
Snack.. handful of sunflower seeds

lunch.. veggie beef soup(homemade)


no clue for dinner going to a halloween party at church.
