I work in medical imaging.  I am an MRI Technologist....the one who shoves people into the "tube"and magnetizes their protons in order to peek at their insides.   I am also a licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist, but havent worked with that for 20 years.

Great post
I am a Data Specialist in the Provider Communications department for a large insurance company in the Philadelphia area. I make sure as best as possible that all the data in our provider directories is accurate as well as making sure that all provider information updating is completed in the database. I am also in the process of working on my BSBA degree @ Eastern University , expected graduation date May 2010 and will go on for my Master's in Health policy also at Eastern.

Gene is a Social Work Suprevisor for the City of Philadelphia, Department of Human services, Children & Youth. He also facilitates Parenting groups in the city and is pursuing his Doctoral Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from which he'll graduate in June of 2010. He is getting ready to retire from the city so that he can focus on therapy full time and has plans to focus on Weight Loss Surgery and how it affects the entire family not just the patient having the surgery.

Great Post!

I am a manager for Lowes. Not my dream job but it pays the bills.

My dream job would be installing high end home theaters, distributed audio/video systems, home automation etc. My interest in this dates back almost 15 years now. I subscribe to magazines, web sites, and read as much as I can about the subject. Just to give you an idea, I have in-ceiling speakers in almost every room in my house that include there own volume controls. A distributed video system that allows every TV in the house to watch the same DVD as I am in my bedroom. I am currently building a dedicated home theater in my basement which also includes a 10x8 foot karaoke stage which can distribute the song and singer through every speaker in the house!..lol. My wife is a saint.
