Tuesday exercise

What is your plan for today (unless you are an early bird and in that case...what have you already done)?

I have karate tonight and then I will go to the gym.  Last night we practiced stick fighting....maybe fighting is not the right word....but regardless...I learned how to defend myself against a person coming at me with a bat/stick/ tire iron, etc. by using a stick of my own....of course, I doubt I will find myself in many pool hall fights, but it's good to know LOL

Hi Everyone,
I have already hit 60 minutes on my Elliptical as of 6:30 this morning and since the weather is horrible outside I will not be able to walk on my lunch so I will be running some errands on my Lunch. Everybody make it a great Tuesday!
