phoenixville support meeting

Just a reminder that our support meeting is the first wednesday of the month, 7 pm at phoenixville hospital, in the cafeteria, located on the ground floor. There will be quinoa and chia seed samples, along with some recepies, and articles on dealing with the holiday season and the many food challenges we all face at this time of the year. All are welcome. Have a good week, make healthy choices. Stay strong.
