Well..  "it"  the scale..  just went back down a bit. Still up a little, but not as much as it was!!  Yeah!!

keep at it. You are doing well. It is often better to look at your average for a month instead of weekly. That way it is a little easier to deal with,. we are so far out that the scale has a mind of its own

Just keep updating us - I like seeing you on the boards!!

I don't know how frequently you are weighing yourself - might I suggest weekly and no more?  Your weight will fluctuate daily, and multiple times during the day.

I always liked to weigh myself on Fridays.  Many do it Monday mornings - but I find weekends were (and still can be) my downfall - so I figure Friday is the better of the days cuse it's at the end of the week and you don't have to "worry" so much about weekend misbehaviors.  Of course - weighing on Mondays might help you gain more control over your weekend as well.
