panic attacks, anxiety and upset stomachs - oh my!

Sorry for all of your anxiety and stress.  I have found, personally, that the few times I tried to go off effexor or whatever anti depressant i was taking I had to go back on.  Now I am resigned to take them for the rest of my life.  Also, the cognitive therapy suggestion is a good one.  Even if it's just reading a book and following the procedures.  Hope you feel better soon.

I understand.  I get this way sometimes. WHat i realized was that most of the real anxiety I caused myself. SO if i can cause it can cure it. Self talk is important. But if you are having a real panic attack you need to expelle the released adrenaline so getting up and moving can help.
You may need to have a med eval again. Our bodies go through alot. no shame in it whatsoever
