I'm in the same boat too - very irregular periods pre-op. Like Pam's it always came just never knew when until right before. Now well that's a different story. The cramps after surgery were KILLER! I mean I didn't want to get out of bed other then to sit in the bathtub bad. Now while they aren't gone all together cramps are better and last only about 2 days where as before it was the entire time!

Damn I think that men have it easy sometimes...
