Nancy,

Thank you very much!  The support of you along with everyone else means the world to me.

We will take our time to enjoy the new place and for me to get settled.  It's just a relieft to know we can if we want to!!  (OK, a relief to me, and scared to death hubby!)

Okay, sitting at my desk trying to look professional....a little hard to do with tears rolling down your face!

Pam, what a truly wonderful post.  We have all known all along how fabulous you have done, but seeing it all in writing really brings it all home.  I'm so happy things are going so well for you.  You are the epitome of successing.

oooh now you go and throw big words at me like epitome!  LOL

It was quite the emotional day and I'm pretty sure I would have not been able to hold it together until I got to my car and let myself really "feel" it if Brian had been with me.  I tend to be more emotional when somebody else is there to "take over" for me.

It was such a great day - what better way to start it off than that!

I've enjoyed being so close to you in our journeys time wise and getting to know you so well.  You've definately been an instrumental part of my journey!

Thanks Nicole!  It was a great feeling yesterday - one that I am trying to live every minute of.  It's been quite some time that I have been truly that happy.

Pam,

An amazing year for an amazing woman! I can feel your excitment as I read this and I smiled for you not cried. Good luck for the baby clearance! Once you get all settled in here in PA you can set that as your next goal when you are ready.

Have fun working on that baby making!

Thanks for smiling for me!  And ever since my little 15 minute break down yesterday over come with emotion, that is all I have been doing too.  I showed brian and then the people at work (who have known me since before surgery) the before/after photos.  Brian first was the supportive hubby who said "wow - it really shows how fantastic you have done seeing them side by side"  But then he turned into the typical male and followed that with "but I liked your boobs better in the first one"  *sigh*  People at work said "well that first one is a bad photo" so then I pulled out all my other pre op pics from that time of year online...4 photos all can't make me look "that big" it was just that I was "that fluffy"

Thanks Beth!  I've really enjoyed getting to know you throughout this journey!  I am so thankful for all my friends here!

I had to giggle over the boob comment because I saw my girlfriends husband for the first time since surgery about 2 weeks and he was blown away then he said I just have to tell  you this and don't get mad. He said You look great but you lost your boobies along the way..I cracked up and said trust me I know.

Guys always notice the boobs

What a beautiful post!!!!  You are a perfect model of all the wonderful things that can take place after WLS when we are diligent about following the program.  Your willingness to be open and share your feelings and expertise have been helpful and inspiring to all of us.  I am thrilled for you and wish you an amazing life as you get ready to move and start a family.
