Barix in the morning!
I have my one year follow up tomorrow morning - one week shy of my year anniversary.
My appointment is bright and early at 8:45. Not my best hour I might add - cause the only time I am used to being up at that time is when I am in my PJs getting ready for bed, LOL
But anyway - if anyone is gonna be there - inpt or follow up - let me know. I'll try to stop by. I do have other appointments with LVH after that - so I don't know how long I'll be able to stay - but would love to see someone!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
(Your mug has 3/4 of a cup of ricotta in it and mine has 1/2 cup of ricotta and 1/4 of pumpkin dessert. )
