Just an idea....what do *you* think?

Hey everyone...

Just an idea that I wanted to throw out there....what if we, "the PA WLS Team", hosted sometype of a clothing drive for needed children this winter season?  I have a contact at Cradels to Crayons (http://www.cradlestocrayons.org)  and figured it might be something we could do to help make a childs winter a little warmer.

Thoughts?
Would a drive be too difficult if people wanted to donate items?
Should we limit it to monetary donations?
Would anyone like to help volunteer plan, collect items, or money?
Would you be willing to donate but really don't have the time to organize???

Just an idea at this stage...

I would be happy to get donations.  I don't have kids, but my sister does, as do people at work.  I can ask around and get back to you.  I won't get to the Barix meeting until December, but I might be able to get them to someone.  Let me see what I can come up with.

I'd love to help out.  Don't have kids but will contribute in other ways.  Let me know when this starts to settle our regarding what you want to do.

Its a great idea - I work in a very small office of 'older' people so organizing anything here might be difficult, but I would be more than happy to contribute a couple of new coats, mittens, scarves, hats or whatever to the cause. I will be coming to the Nov 1 meeting at Barix and can bring stuff at that time.

Another childless person here - and with everything going on I would be more than willing to donate but would not want to committ to organizing at this time.  I will most likely be at the barix meeting and if not, can definately get stuff to people.

Keep us posted.

Greg,

This is very sweet and kind and I would love to be involved.  I'm sure Connor has some stuff that I can give away.  That kid grows like a weed!!!  And I would be willing to volunteer to do whatever task you would like to give me.

Keep us posted!!

Karen
