Love it Mary! I agree with Pam - love to see photos of you in the costume - new avatar is great!

I am going to be a witch for our party - next saturday but it is in a short black dress and orange / black striped tights! No big cape to hide behind this year!

Enjoy the party

What an incredible costume and you will look AMAZING in it.  I don't think anyone will ever think of Rainbow Bright in the same way again.  LOL.  I am such a newbie that I will be going as a tent I think.  Sigh.  But am inspired by your transformation!  Wow!  And THANK YOU so much for the pumpkin recipe.  It is so delicious and it tastes like it should be "bad" but it's not!  YUMMY!!!

I love that costume. You would look adorable, I am sure. I remember my first "real" post op Halloween. (The first one didn't count because I was only 2 months out.)

I dressed as a Zombie cheerleader. I was in a short skirt and tight sweather and NO ONE recognized me. It was one of my favorite wow moments after surgery. I looked cute and scary and I enjoyed being dressed up for once in my life.

Have a great time and take pics!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Hi Mary....you will look totally awesome in the costume.

But I have to add one comment.  I am so proud of the way you are evolving.  It wasn't too long ago that you were too embarrassed to be out in shorts.  Look how far you've come!

I second that!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Hi Mary,

Yup, you'll be Rainbow Brite for sure ;)

I'll be dressed as a "skinny chick" and at Barix for my 1 year post-op appointment. . .  then hanging with my sweetie for the weekend, so this year I'll just be me. . .  :(

Hugs, Laureen
