Well.. told you all that I would post my progress.. till either you all tell me to knock it off, or I get off track/bored with it!  LOL

So.. yesterday, I did follow the 5 day pouch test....for most of the day.. gave up at dinner, though.  I did stay very carb friendly.  I made hamburger gravy and rice.. I ate very little rice, maybe 3 TBS (I'll never give it up. love rice!!)  and some hamburger gravy.. had a few ritz with pepperoni and cheese later last night.  The rest of the day was protein shake, SF pudding, SF jello, Chicken noodle soup...and lots of water...

I must have been retaining lots of water as I'm 1.8 bs less this morning!!!

SO far today...  Protein shake!!

OH>>>>>>>>   I DID manage to say NO to cheesecake!  My DD's fiance made it yesterday, and I didn't even have a taste!!!!!!

Wish me luck for todqay~!

Blanche,

You can do it, just take it one meal at a time. . .

One day at a time. You can do it!
Good Luck.

That 1.8lb loss is good incentive.  Keep it going.  You will do great.
