Wednesday Exercise...what are you doing?

Today is hump day....what are you doing to move today?

My cold is getting worse, not better, so depending on how I feel, I may or may not go to the gym tonight to run.

ok gtood hump to you all .... i did  2 miles on the treadmill at 4.2 mph and 3% incline and then did leg work today. MY LEGS ARE SOOOOOOOO DEAD TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to gym tonight, working with weights and then some form of cardio, maybe I'll divi it between elliptical and row machine tonight. . .  my gym buddy told me it's time for me to move in new directions as she feels I've maxxed out on the treadmill and I'm thinking she is right, perhaps I'll look into some of the areobics classes that I always found so intimidating. . .
