Walking Buddy??

Just wondering if there is anyone in the Stroudsburg or nearby area that would like to start a walking program with me a few times a week after work or on the weekends? I know it's getting colder but we still need our exercise and we can bundle ourselves up until it's starts getting reeeeeeally cold

I thought it might be a great way to get our exercise in, make new friends, and have some great conversation and support.

Hey there six year sexy! So 90 minutes worth of a drive a few times a week won't work for us BUT we can talk about some irregular get togethers. How about early this Saturday? Cheryl has her grad meeting starting at 1pm so maybe a bunch of us could meet up at the Sellersville Park at 11am, walk for 90 minutes and head to Cheryls. Anyone up for that? Maybe we could plan something for the following Sunday around noon too. Thoughts anyone? Shauna

Sounds good to me! The only problem is that I have no clue where Sellersville is but I'm cool with driving wherever I need to since John has to work and I'll be sitting here like a bump on a log doing nothing..I'm beyond being directionally challenged so if anyone from this area is going that I can follow in my car then that would be awesome. If not, then I just need to get good directions. Either way though, I'll be there if this is what everyone decides to do.
