Good Morning All! I am just about 21 months out and here is the plan

B: 11 calorie english muffin
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
L: 1/2 roast beef and provolone cheese sandwich
S: fage yogurt with strawberry jam
D: pork chop and some veggie
S: maybe a s/f hot cocoa

79 grams protein
I know my carbs are a bit high - I need to work on getting them down.....

Thought I would start getting in the groove of this.  I am 12 days out

B - EAS Strawberry Shake (17)
S - 1/2 IDS Whey Bullett (21)
L - 2 Tbsp Tuna mixed with lf mayo
S - other 1/2 of IDS Bullett (21)
D - 2 tbsp of Fage mixed with pureed peaches
s - Protein Pudding (22)

I am 8 weeks and 1 day out!  Here is the plan:

B - Chocolate Max Protein (made as hot chocolate - yum!)

S - Cabot 50% light cheddar

L - Chicken chili with a dab of Greek yogurt and some shredded Cabot cheddar

S - Another Chocolate Max Protein hot chocolate (yes, I'm addicted)

D - Swordfish

S - SF fudgsicle

89 grams of protein for the day!

Today is a bad day for me.  I had fasting blood work in the morning - didn't get there till after 11 cause I didn't wake up till after 9:30.  I'm definately NOT getting in 5 meals today.  And dinner is still up in the air.

After bloodwork:  EAS protein shake 42gm
Snack:  3/4 cup nf ricotta cheese 30gm
Dinner:  ??  It might end up being pizza in all honesty.
72gm without dinner (goal is 70, hence why I had the protein shake)

Then it's nap time and go to work.  Here's what I'll bring to work:

2 cheesesticks 16gm
Greek Yogurt 18gm
SB Protein bar 10gm

And then I'll have something in the morning as soon as I get home...probably turkey and cheese in a low carb tortilla

44gm + what I have when I get home.  And then I'm off for the rest of the day/night on Wed night....so I'll get in a bunch more protein during the day.  This on/off/on/off schedule really screws w/ my eating...
