PA Grads Support Group Meeting this Saturday 10/25

Good Morning PA!

Just a reminder that the first ever PA Grad Support Group Meeting will be this Saturday, 10/25 at my house, 84 Pine Valley Rd, Doylestown, PA, from 1-5 pm.  Feel free to bring a WLS-friendly snack to share.

This month's suggested topic for discussion is "Dealing with Negative Self-Talk - How Can We Tame Our Inner Gremlins?". 

All post-ops at least one year out are welcome to attend.

YEAH!!!

I was just telling all my new friends at the cooking class last Saturday about how I still struggle with this after almost 6 years. I'm a big believer in "everything happens for a reason" so count me in for Saturday if that's ok and if I can actually find your house if we don't do the walking thing at Sellersville Park before hand. Hubby usually drives but has to work Saturday so I'm on my own with the driving...May god help us all.

EDIT: I had a brain fart and wrote that hubby was working tomorrow!! Why in the world did I think today was Friday? Jeesh! And you guys are gonna trust me behind the wheel of a car all by myself???
