NOVEMBER Support Group / Cooking Class Update

Laureen - Someone was just telling me that they make them with the Diabetisweet brown sugar and they are just as good as the originals! I have made home made marshmallows too - they are egg whites and gelatin - I'll have to dig them out!

Geez, I'm getting REALLY hungry :)  All this stuff sounds yummy.  I would love to come, Liz.  So I will mark it on my calendar and plan to attend.  If anything changes, I will let you know.  Please let me know what I can bring.

I'm sorry I didn't make it saturday... we took Jeremy out for breakfast (it was his birthday) and then my mom kidnapped me and Lore and dragged us all over amish land... but I was so sick... so I'm sure you didn't want me anyways since I was dripping snot every where... I am hoping to have an opening date for the gym this week... fingers crossed and lots of prayers said... because I wanna come so bad and meet more of ya!

Oh Liz, I so want to come to this support group, but last month I was working and this month I have a wedding on that day.  Hopefully I will be able to make one of your future meetings since I think this is an essential for all WLS patients.

Oh yeah I have a new way of fixing sweet potatoes... all ya need is water, some olive oil, salt and pepper... it rocks... and I have an awesome green bean casserole recipe as well... ohh I will type the recipes up tomorrow for ya...
