I've been using a stuffed animal that my daughter gave me when I had the cancer surgery.  I didn't need it then, but its helping me sleep now.  Grab both your kids and hold them till they sweat.  That makes for a cozy snuggle.  If that doesn't work, heres a cyber hug.
