2 year follow up/Dr. Brader's new office

Great two-year visit Heather. My last labs showed me very, very low for vitamin D. I took 5000 Units per day and it took me from a count of 4 to a count of 44 (which is just above normal). You should be good to go after eight weeks.

I really enjoy reading about all your new adventures. When Dennis told me you couldn't make the meeting because you had a pottery class I just said "that's our Heather....still broadening her horizons." Good for you.

I was actually surprised at how great my labs were, other than the D. I am certainly NOT perfect when taking my vits, but pretty good...so I was relieved that I am target.

Wont see you next month, but should be there in December I hope.
