Ingredients:

  • 2 cups salted soy nuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 1-4 Tbsp. canola oil

Preparation:

  1. Place soy nuts in the work bowl of a food processor, fitted with a metal blade.

  2. Sprinkle cocoa powder and splenda over the soy nuts. Process 1-2 minutes to combine.

  3. Drizzle in one tablespoon of oil. Process until mixture becomes smooth, 3-5 minutes, adding more oil if necessary to achieve a spread-like consistency.

Makes about 1-1/2 cups.

Have you made this?  How is it?

All my kitchen stuff is packed (hell - my whole freaking house is just about packed) at this point...so I can't make it right now but it does sound pretty good.

Also...would you need to store it in the fridge and how long do you think it would keep for?

Do you eat it plain  or spread it on something? But it sounds easy and good!!

ummm sounds like a soy nuttella... drool... umm I'm going to have to try this...

I used nuttella on toast, as a fruit dip, stired into unflavored yogurt, etc...
