Laureen what can I say. You've been with us for well over a year. You lived as a post-op well before you were actually one and your journey has been remarkable. You bring soooo much knowledge, life lessons, and support to our group. I am soooo pleased that you're one of a dozen SG leaders who will facilitate the new Barix First Saturday meetings (more about that in another post). Please Everyone join me in celebrating and congratulating Laureen for great job and may she always know "successing".

I missed you last night and want to thank you for all your support and encouragement along the way, I've been too busy to do any "real" 5Ks, but do at least 2 a week on the treadmill to stay in the game for doing a real one sometime real soon, I have even done some running lately, though not too much, my knees don't seem to take kindly to the running. . . thanks again, hope to see you soon!

You were one of the first people to come and visit me post op at Barix, all decked out in your Halloween costume and everything! 
Thank you so much for being such an instrumental part in this process and always being there with an encouraging hug, smile, pat on the back, and wonderful knoweledgeable advice. 
You certainly are an amazing woman, have made great strides thus far, and will continue successing over the years of this I have no doubt.
I'm so lucky to have a friend such as you on this wonderful journey!

You've done such an incredible job. Looking at your pictures last night I did not remember you being that heavy when I first met you. You're looking ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS and BEAUTIFUL!!! Congratulations on your success so far. I know you will continue to do well in your WLS journey.
