I have my consultation scheduled and am looking for an affirmation that I will be candidate for the surgery.

The procedure is call lymphovenous fistula, it is a surgically created shunt (drain) that is made to cause a bridge between the affected area and the veins. This allows drainage of the excess fluids from affected areas.

Its going to be a long day tomorrow, I am driving into Philly to take my best friend with. I'll let you all know what happens.
