I am 21 months out and FINALLY grocery shopped so here is the plan...

B: 100 calorie english muffin (redundant I know but while I am sick I need something easy in my stomach first thing)
S: cheddar cheese
L: homemade chicken soup
S: S/f F/F pudding made with soy milk
D: salmon with eggplant
S: s/f ice pop because they feel oh so good on a sore throat!

MAke great choices today everyone!

7 Weeks out today.

B:  Chicken and tomatilla sauce with cheese (repetitive but I sooooo love it)
S:  Fage w/caramel and 1/2 scoop cappuccinno protein powder
L:  2 1/2 ounces of shrimp with spices, mayo and fage
S:  Pudding with protein powder
D:  Don't know
S:  cottage cheese with strawberry topping

2 years out.  Not much interest in food lately.  Yesterday I didn't even eat lunch because I didn't feel like it...i did have some greek yogurt later though.

B:  egg white, cheese, turkey sausage
S:  Grapes
L:  tuna, tomato and cucumber, handfull of TJ's multi grain rice crackers
S: sf popsicle
D:  veggie burger with cheese
S:  SF fudge pop

Let's see almost a year out!  I am still retaining fluid from my monthly friend...so I will be upping the water still today (I have been....sometimes I feel like I am going to drown myself!)

B:  Greek yogurt 18gm
no snack
L:  ?? going out with friends.  Probably a salad of some sort
S:  Greek yogurt 18gm
D:  ?? don't know.  Maybe @ RR, maybe something at home
S:  2 cheesesticks 16gm

I know that is a horrible plan.  Oh well.

I am 10 1/2 months out and just figured out that I STILL can not have bread products in the am, or I crave bread and crackers all darn day.

B: steak
S: nut mixture (no peanuts) with raisins
L: south beach peperoni pizza ( atleast 1/2 of the crust but all the toppings) and a string cheese
S: South beach Chocolate peanut butter crispy meal bar
D: God only knows because I have a daisy meeting, I will probably pick up a turkey sandwich from Wawa
S: protein shake if I am behind on protein, if I am not behind by this time I am thinking about some no sugar added ice cream or english muffin 1/2 with peanut butter

Wow I am hard to please today.

I will have all my liquids in by 3pm, like every day, so all drinks in the afternoon are icing on the cake. LOL
