B: 100 calorie english muffin (redundant I know but while I am sick I need something easy in my stomach first thing)
S: cheddar cheese
L: homemade chicken soup
S: S/f F/F pudding made with soy milk
D: salmon with eggplant
S: s/f ice pop because they feel oh so good on a sore throat!
MAke great choices today everyone!

Let's see almost a year out! I am still retaining fluid from my monthly friend...so I will be upping the water still today (I have been....sometimes I feel like I am going to drown myself!)

I am 10 1/2 months out and just figured out that I STILL can not have bread products in the am, or I crave bread and crackers all darn day.
B: steak
S: nut mixture (no peanuts) with raisins
L: south beach peperoni pizza ( atleast 1/2 of the crust but all the toppings) and a string cheese
S: South beach Chocolate peanut butter crispy meal bar
D: God only knows because I have a daisy meeting, I will probably pick up a turkey sandwich from Wawa
S: protein shake if I am behind on protein, if I am not behind by this time I am thinking about some no sugar added ice cream or english muffin 1/2 with peanut butter
Wow I am hard to please today.
I will have all my liquids in by 3pm, like every day, so all drinks in the afternoon are icing on the cake. LOL
