Morning All! I am 21 months out and sick so here is the plan

B: 1 100 calorie english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: home made chicken soup
S: s/f f/f pudding
D: chicken soup
S: s/f ice pop maybe

Morning Liz!  I've been really good with my carb intake and have increased my fruits and veggies....and I have really kicked up the exercise.....I have lost 4 pounds since last week! Yay me!  It's about time something started moving.

B:  Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
S:  Greek yogurt with sf orange davinci syrup and splenda and 1/2 banana
L:  3oz tuna, cheese
S:  Grapes
D:  Relay for Life Kick Off dinner so I have no idea what will be served.

Thanks, Keri!  I still get as excited now as I did when I was an early post op and it was coming off much faster.

I'm thinking we'll never lose that excitement.  LOL.  Oh and I loved the ice pops!  Well two out of three anyway.  The Crush was divine and the Diet A&W was yummy.  The Diet Dr. Pepper tasted (to me) like men's cologne smells.  Yuck.  Did not enjoy.  But my Louisiana Catahoula Leopard dog LOVES them.

Woo Hoo !4pds!!!! and you have me addicted to Jimmy Deans light breakfast sandwiches of course can only eat half and only do it once a wk but iam addicted lol

I love them too....not greasy, they use low fat stuff and you can take off 1/2 the muffin to decrease the carbs.

S:  strawberry mousse with protein powder (10)

Hey Liz and all of PA,

I need to start posting once againto keep me accountable, I have fallen into some old habbits.

B:  cheese stick and 4 RF Triscuits  8.5g
S:  I'll be honest, I was bad, peanut butter Kandy Cakes (10g fat, 14 g sugar, 3 g protein)
L:  south beach frozen dinner roasted turkey   30g
S:  cheese stick 7g
D:    roast beef 2-3 oz 30 ishg

I logged on today and saw Jen's post and it hit home to me, todayis day one of accoutnability!
