i am so NOT creative in the kitchen and have been snooping around here to get an idea of the things i can be having/cooking both now in my pre-surgical phase, and after surgery.

So many good cooks here, WOW...you all should put together a cookbook!!

It's actually been talked about (the cook book thing.....) People here are great - they even have awesome recipies for protein shakes...and hell...if you can get a protein shake to taste good well you are in good shape. I'm glad you a learning a lot! One day somebody will be saying the same about you!
