HG, what's a hollowed out bagel??  do you make a trough for the cream cheese?  or is it some kind of spooky holiday treat I'm missing?

LOL  I pick out the bready part in the middle so that only the "crust" is left.  And, yes, it makes a nice little trough for the CC.

This is what I have had so far

Bannana

Breakfast burrito made with grain tortilla.

Chai latte
Almonds


Will have SB meal

and some edamame

then greek yogurt
