I am 2 years out and here is what is on my plate today....
B: Special K protein cereal with milk and 1/2 hollowed out bagel with CC
S: Cottage cheese and Trader Joe's Multi seed & soy sauce rice crackers....yummy!
L: WW chicken and veggie meal
S: Cheese
D: I think I will pick something easy up after my allergy shots
S: sf popsicle
Skim milk in decaf

Good morning! I am 21 months out and well I am extra hungry today for some reason...
B: 100 calorie english muffin - cheddar cheese
S: fage yogurt
L: 1 slice of super thin crust pizza with broccoli, mozzarella and ricotta
S: sliced cucumbers
D: some kind of fish, have to stop at the seafood market on the way home
S: s/f f/f pudding

I'm 5 weeks our an on soft foods... -30 before surgery and -34 after = 64 amazing lbs. gone....

No snack today, but usually try to have some string cheese
L-half a hard boiled egg and not quite a 1/4 c of Ricotta (left over from yesterday) 6-7 g
Snack-Protein shake -15g
Dinner-Not sure yet..I'm running out of soft food ideas...maybe 1/4 c refried beans with cheese -
Snack-Protein Pudding 15 g
TRY to get 40 oz of water
Total Protein-roughly 57 gms
