So Far we are looking to make walnut lentil burgers, pizza, spaghetti squash mac and cheese and one of Eggface's protein icecreams!

I have ordered a few newer products for us to try, I ordered some of the PB2 - regular and chocolate and some of the Diabetisweet brown sugar.

Well be there at least a few hours -you are welcome to come late.

But the pizza is super easy - here it is you can try it on your own.

Whole wheat tortilla. Put a tiny bit of olive oil on a cookie sheet place the tortilla on top and coat the bottom in the olive oil. Top with sauce, cheese, your favorite pizza toppings - I like mozzarella, ricotta and broccoli. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until it looks slightly browned around the edges and bubbly. Let cool for about 2 minutes before you cut and dig in - oh so yummy!

Enjoy!
