Geisinger?

Anyone else here having or have had there surgery at Geisinger hospital?

I had mine at Geisinger Danville August 29th. Are you pre op or post op??

I had my surgery at Geisinger on 9/8/07. I had a wonderful doctor named Dr. Udekwu. He was very nice, professional and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He does the open surgrey but he is very good. I would recommend him to anyone. Good luck with your journey

I had my surgery at Geisinger, Danville last October with Dr. Pertrick...wonderful experience--if major surgery can be wonderful!  I do most of my follow-up at Geisinger Wyoming Valley. The staff is wonderful there, as well.  Please ask any questions...

I am doing my 6 month program over in wilkes barre. But i think my surgery will be at Danville. The name of my forum is Geisinger WLS support forum. I am spreading the word over at the support group meetings..Not all of us can make it to the meetings and i figured online was a great way to interact and give 24 hr support for eachother.

I had my surgery on July 28th at Gesinger,  Dr. Strodel.  I went in on Monday had surgery that day and was discharged on Wednesday. Dr. Strodel is a very nice man , with great bed side manners very friendly.
