Pam and all of our friends are sooooooo right. You're doing a tremendous job with your journey, you are there to support others here on the board at our meetings and at the pilgrimage and last weekend's OH event. This is part of what successing is about, always moving forward, recognizing the past but not letting it hold you back there.

     My hat off you to for one amazing year! You have a smile that lights up a room and this something that I associate with you whenever I see you. You were one of the first to step up and calm me with my stall telling you were the Stall Queen and to relax the scale will move. That advise gets me through so many days that I never panic anymore when the number doesn't change.

   I am happy to have met you and I think you look stunning! Here's to another great year of successing!
