Who's getting their Excersise Groove on?? Thursday Edition

Good morning Everyone!!!

Well this week has been kind of crazy and I have had to squeeze in excersise whenever I could--looking forward to next week when my life gets back to normal!!! LOL

On tap for today--1 hour on the treadmill followed by 15-20 minutes on weight machine and free weights. Then some ABS!!!

What is on your excersise agenda today???

I'm already in for 60 minutes on the elliptical, and will be heading down to the gym over lunch to weight train.

I have vacation days on Friday and Monday, so I will have to figure out some alternate physical activities for those days.

The gym is on my agenda for later tonight.  My muscles are a bit sore from Karate this week, so I am going to focus my efforts on fat burning cardio.  I think I will do some running as well a**** the ARC and eliptical.
