Need some feedback...I'm frustrated and down today

Nuts are an excellent source of momounsaturated fats [MUFA"S] That are heart healthy,  a healthy source of daily needed fats, a good source of protein, and added to your diet daily can help reduce the type of fat that gets stored around our bellies. 1/4 cup daily is an appropriate serving, and should not have any impact on your weight stall. I know a stall is very discouraging, but don't beat up on yourself. I suggest that you try to add 2 more days of some sort of activity to your current exercise plan. Weight training 2-3 times a week builds muscle, which burns more calories as well as trims our figures. You need to reach your protein goal to build that muscle and or not lose muscle tissue as you lose weight . Hang in there! You are a success now, and will continue to be!
