Hey all!  Well last night I did end up taking a protein shake to work and drinking it.  Sounds pathetic, but it's been so long since I've had one, I actually enjoyed it ALOT!

Today's agenda (keep in mind I am very low on staples right now...so up until Friday when I go food shopping there will be a few more carbs and what not....but oh well)

B:  Toast w/ 2 tablespoons PB 10gm
S:  Greek Yogurt 18gm
L:  Salad from wawa w/ chicken 21gm
S:  SB bar 10gm
D:  ??  Will figure out that later today before I go to work and will probably cook it when I get home

59 w/o dinner and w/o evening snack (if I have one)  Goal is 70

S:  Cottage cheese....11 grams
L:  Ham and cheese on 1/2 hollowed out bagel
D:  Protein shake.....35 grams
S:  Almonds....?

There is a complete lack of fruits and veggies, which isn't good.  I will have to plan on getting them in tomorrow.

cut up apples - whatever kind you have.
Then for the topping I mix a bit of olive oil, a bit of margarine (I use smart balance), cinnamon, splenda, a bit of flour, oatmeal and a pinch of salt.I like to add pecans too - but this is totally optional squi**** all together and top the apples - should be fairly dry and crumbly. bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. I do it in a pie pan.

This is one of the recipes I want to get that Diabetisweet brown sugar for - I used to use splenda brown but that makes me dump now...

Sorry it isn't more exact - I do it by eye and texture.

Enjoy!
