Something pretty amazing happened at work today...

That is totally awesome.  

Our vending machines at work hold nothing but junk and then there's the candy dish in the break room, and the chocolate drawer at the jewelry counter. Well, there just is nothing healthy. It's like disneyland----only free fat! It is so great that you sparked a change...a ripple effect!!! Good on ya!!

I LOVE, LOVE THIS POST!

In my office I'm in charge of the candy dish....I can eat sweets now...and if they are around...I will. I have went from a fully stocked candy dish to nothing....When the delivery guys starting commenting on my lack of treats I would offer them cold bottles of water.  This went over well in the summer.  Now that it is colder I offer hot coffee.  They are just as pleased....I just have to keep cups around.
