Anyone read the book and use the website

www.hungry-girl.com

It's a great site to help with food substitutes and recipes. Applesauce for butter, pumpkin for eggs, etc

They actually publish a great shoppinglist - albeit needs to be slightly modified for us, but it's a great jumpinf odd point

Here it is

You can get daily (I think they are mostly daily) on new products that come out, how good they are, nutritional information, modified recipes based on high caloric items, etc., simply sign up.  I got turned on to this site last year sometime and have passed it on to many of my friends.  Anyway, enjoy!
