SUPPORT GROUP & COOKING CLASS 10/18

On Saturday October 18th at noon I will be hosting a support group /
cooking class at my house

 the goal of this meeting is of course to support one another, get
 together, exchange recipes and cook! I am taking suggestions - is there
 anything that you loved pre-op that you would like made into something
 WLS friendly? E-mail me with the idea or recipe and we'll see what we can
 do! I am asking if you do suggest a recipe that you bring the main
 ingredient. I have all the basics (spices, oil etc).
 
 I am looking to get a rough idea of who can come by monday 10/13. In no
 way binding but I'd like to have an idea.

PS- Our recipies so far include WLS pizza, one of Eggface's Ice Creams, and a veggie burger.

I will not be able to come to the cooking class.
I just wanted to say how great it was to see you this weekend.
Glad you could make it even thougn you are still recovering from
that gall bladder.  Those pesky gall bladders seem to give alot of
us problems.

Tammy - sorry to hear that you can't make it. It was great to see you as well! Suprisingly I am feeling much better today after a tough day of yard work / painting / up & down ladders etc yesterday.
