It is 16oz which is 14 servings per container. I keep one at work and one at home. I love the stuff but only use one scoop so I will get 28 servings. It does have caffeine in it so that is why I only do one scoop. i mix it with 6 oz of water then put it in the microwave for 1 min, stir then put in again for 30-45 seconds and it is sooooo good. It's worth it if you ask me.
