panicking about admission at event

Oh no. I bought my tickets so Long ago that I cannot find the email confirmation. I dont remember it saying that the email was my ticket so I may have deleted it who knows. I thought we would be getting tickets sent to us. I got two different messages, one saying that we needed the email, and one that we are on a list and all we need is ID.

If you see my upset in the parking lot it is because they needed the email and I just cant find it.
I have emailed OH but no one has written me back

did u put it on a credit card??  do u have your bill showing that??
