I think your recipie sounds fine. I would maybe use a hand held mixer to combine the two....make it a little lighter and fluffier....kind of like a pumpkin mousse w/ texture.

That actually sounds yummy. I would put it in the blender so it is smooth then maybe in the fridge to firm it up a little.

Oh my now I want to make it, my mouth is actually watering. LOL
