Hi Eileen,

Another Atkins bar that I really like is the chocolate peanut butter bar.  It has 240 calories, 1 gram sugar, 0 sugar alcohols and 18 grams of protein.  I think I told you about it before.  I remember you saying that you couldn't finish other bars that you tried.  This one is really yummy and I can finish most of it. 

I'm sort of afraid to try anything that has a lot of sugar alcohols in it.  I look at all the sugar free candy and cringe when I read the sugar alcohol numbers.  So I stay away from that stuff.  So I think I would be afraid to try Tammy's bars if they contain a lot of sugar alcohols.

Does the 21gms of sugar alcohol bother you at all? They sound really good but I'd be afraid to order them with the high sugar alcohol.
