Harrisburg support groups

this weekend I will be at the OH event but I would definately be willing to meet up and anyone else who wants to for a little pep talk and support, I know that dr braders team has a support group at LGH as well. Lets try and plan something for the weekend after this.

The Penn State Surgical Weigh Loss group has a meeting the 3rd Thursday of every month (excluding October this year) ..   Its for pre and post patients I'm not sure if you have to be a patient from their surgical grou*****t.  They have had some very interesting speakers (imo)

Forgot to say its held on the grounds of Hershey Medical Center ..

They also have a yahoo online group I have posted the info for both below.  The contact is one of the nutritionists..
