i'm 7 weeks out and having some issues again with eating meat so i decided to set a non-meat eating menu for the day.


b - 3/4  c special k protein plus w 1/2 skim 15 g
s - low fat string cheese - 8 g
l - chobani greek yogurt - 18g
s - soy chips - 7 g
d - pizza on a wrap - 15 g
s - popsicle

total - 63 g (need 65 g.) may need to up my last snack to a pudding

Bad me for getting this started up again yesterday and then forgetting to post the menu today!!!

I am 2 years out and trying to break this stall I have been on since the spring.

B:  3/4 cup special K protein with skim milk.....15 grams
S:  1 oz cheese with 4 tlc crackers....8 grams
L:  Ham, cheese, tomato and 3 strawberries.....20 grams
S:  sf popsicle
D:  something quick before my hair cut appointment
S:  cottage cheese....10 grams

Decaf with skim...4 grams

I'm about 7 1/2 months out and here is my plan:

B:  Matrix Protein Shake w/OJ = 23 g
S:  Banana w/Simply Jiff = 8 g
L:  Ham & Cheese on WW Tortilla; sf pudding = 20
S:  TLC Crackers w/Stringcheese = 11
D:  Not sure yet...salad and something
S:  Cheese = ?

Goal: 73 g protein per day.

11 mos out TODAY!!  I am now swollen with fluid - so I will be upping the fluid to help flu**** out although I know it won't come off for another week or so after my friend.  As long as it is off before my 1 yr appointment w/ Dr. P!!

B:  2 cheesesticks 16gm
S:  Greek Yogurt 18gm
L:  3/4 cup ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon 30gm
D:  3 ounces chicken breast 21gm
S:  ??? Not sure if I'll even have it.

85gm Goal is 70
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Hey there everyone.
I am 10 months and 4 days out and figured out last night that my main focus has switched from protein to coffee. I am trying to change that today.

B: coffee , I know i am not off to a good start, with a cheese stick
S: cheese stick and ice tea
L: chicken soup with potatoes, NO coffee
S: almonds and 1/2 south beach bar
D: God only knows at this point but it will either be chicken or ummm chicken it is
S: popcorn and a protein shake

By lunch time I have already taken in 72 ounces of liquids and I am not stopping there. LOL

I just didnt count protein. I need to get back to that to make sure I am not doing myself harm.
