Happy Surgiversary Sandy. So good to see you posting and sharing your day with us. It is hard to keep up the enthusiasm after a few years, especially when I myself have not been a poster child for successing, but one day at a time, we will keep on keeping on.

Congratulations Sandy! You were the first person with WLS who befriended me and took me to the support group meetings, and I will be forever grateful to you for that. And no, its never too late - your tool is still there and has worked for you - you seem happy and healthy and are able to run and chase and play with the grandkids, and that's what this was all about!

Sorry I missed Saturday's meeting - I got so tied up doing stuff around the house that I completely forgot about it, but I will be going to Debi's tonight.
